Staff were attentive and nice. It rained during our stay and when we got out of the taxi the receptionist ran to give us a umbrella. The room was quiet and clean. They give you bottled water which was a plus. Close to mercados and the zocalo which was a plus. Definitely will come again.

They were super accommodating. Due to some last minute rescheduling we ended up in the city much earlier than expected and the gentleman at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. They have an elevator which is a plus if you have a lot of suitcases. The young lady in the evenings isn’t very friendly and you feel like you are bothering her by returning from a late night, but other than that the staff was pleasant and professional. The rooms are pretty roomy and clean and I loved the rain showers. It’s also very close to the Zocalo and mercados but it wasn’t noisy. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly . The location is perfect—just a short walk to Centro, making everything easy to access. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, a fantastic experience—thank you for a great stay!
