We were able to find closer public parking for free likley due to the slow season. Renovations were well done and were new like condition. The doors and locks all worked well and the water pressure was very good. We used the kitchen for breakfast but the toaster was broken. The place was clean but not thoroughly clean. “Parking garage is a test of patience. Owner did not meet me to show me the place. Had to really search to figure out the mini splits. Oven took a minute as well. Place was nice enough for our stay. Perhaps offer an umbrella or beach towels for future guests. The place we stayed in Lagos did that and it made the trip much easier. If the owner was there perhaps the check in process would have been a touch easier. Spend 5 minutes showing me the place. Was not immediately responsive when using the……

“The hosts and house are what every home sharing experience should strive to be like. Their communication was phenomenal, the location was picturesque, and if they didn't have it, they were quick with a great recommendation. We were fortunate enough to be here for Carnaval and were less than a 10 minute walk from the joyous festivities. If you want to experience a welcoming and native town in Portugal that is near both Lisbon and Obidos, this is a must.”
