"What a fun place to stay within the castle walls and walking distance to everything. Can be tricky to find but the owner was available by phone to make sure we found the parking and the home. He also sent great instructions and recommendations for things to do and restaurants which was very helpful We enjoyed our stay very much."

"We loved the location, inside the walls; we enjoyed walking along the castle walls and wandering the twisty, old, cobblestone streets. We found excellent cafes and restaurants within Óbidos and did a day trip by bus to Nazaré. However, the 1 bathroom was tiny- it was challenging to even turn around. The bathroom sink did not have a stopper and I didn’t feel comfortable putting in and cleaning my contact lenses over that little sink. "The apartment was wonderfully historic. Fit with the charm of Obidos. With age though comes a bit of musty scent, but was part of the charm. Bedrooms were big and sunny. Bathroom large. Living space small but you don’t come here to sit and watch tv. I would stay again but also look around fir other accommodations too for fun"
