Good location

Some problems with the front door and dishwasher door, but I’m sure they will be resolved soon. Good location and excellent pool service/ cleanliness and social distancing efforts.

Beach Week

This was a convenient place to stay, with nice views, a pool and easy access to the beach. The booking process could have been better. After booking though VRBO the property manager gave me a call and said we would get an E-mail with a contract we would need to sign and have to pay a second payment via check or wire. This was a bit frustrating, as I would have preferred to pay everything upfront through VRBO, a while later we got the contract and signed it. I emailed the property manager about the linen rental package and never heard back, I followed up and still never heard back. A few weeks later I received a past due notice for the second amount, which I was waiting to pay once my question was answered. I was told it was too late to mail a check, but could pay via credit card for an additional fee, why they could not take payment via credit card upfront or after I sent them the contract I'll never know...! they even had my cc on file! I called thier office and got it resolved, but, service was not the best. Check-in was easy. Upon check-in we noticed a few minor deficiencies with with the unit ( blinds, dishwasher, carpet threshold) that were in various states of disrepair. The PM was called and the maintenance person came by shortly there after and fixed everything in short order. Overall, we found the property exactly as listed, and enjoyed our stay.
