I wanted him to be able to sit out on the beautiful deck and overlook the bay and he was able to do just that! The view was amazing and he enjoyed every minute of it. The place was fantastic and had more than enough room for us to relax and enjoy our time together. The place was spacious and decorated very nicely! All of the rooms were a great size and we loved the loft area. This place is well taken care of and is really just an amazing place to stay. This was a wonderful house directly on the bay…very nicely decorated without overdoing it. The views were fantastic and it was such fun to see all of the daily activity that went right by our house. On the last night, we even had dolphins out in front of our place! Great sunrises and sunsets. The house is amazingly well equipped with all kitchen utensils, etc. A listing of what is in the shed and also in the house would be a nice help so guests are not packing duplicates. I had specifically ask about baby gates, high chair and portable crib and was told “no”. They were all there in the closets and laundry room. We used the kayak that was under the deck with the ladder along with our own paddle boards right off of our dock - fun times! House and community are great! We highly enjoyed our stay. House was beautiful and plenty of space. Views of the bay are amazing! Community was very safe and we enjoyed riding our bikes. Bike ride to the pool was around 3 mins and bike ride to the beach was around 7-8 mins. We rented Kayaks and had a really good time. The only thing I would definitely mention to renters would be the items available in the shed, that would be a huge bonus to renters. Bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, fishing rods etc. We have been traveling to OC for many many years and this was the best place we have rented yet! Also to mention there are 3 single beds upstairs and also a single trundle bed so the room sleeps 4 total with a ton of space. All beds were very comfortable.
