Overall stay was great. Supplies given when asked. When the room was "cleaned", it was not vacuumed. There were small pieces of lint and tissue over the room.

We stayed for 2 nights. There are a lot of insects inside the bed (maybe sand fleas) that bite my wife, myself, and my son. From this insect bite my wife got serious body rash, bumps, and itchiness and we end up being in Urgent Care. So not a great trip, unfortunately. We informed the Dunes Suites authority they just changed the bed cover and sheets and vacuumed but that didn't help. So if you have a plan to vacation be careful with these insects.

We had a lovely time. The beds were very comfortable, the tv was great, and the suite had all the amenities one could want, and overlooking the ocean. And right at the end of the boardwalk so we could have taken the tram down if we wanted. We’re only sorry we weren’t staying longer.

The front office needs to have a working phone and be a bit nicer. The room was nice and clean.

Our suite was beachfront, right next to the boardwalk, very clean, well maintained accommodations and grounds. Check in wasn’t until 4 pm but we stopped in upon our arrival to ask if we could park in the lot until check in. The staff person offered to check if our suite was ready, which it was, permitted check in early. We were able to change to go to the beach to enjoy the beautiful day!
