Hawaii Building 329 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals. Located on the bay, this condo lifts your spirits immediately with its bright decor. The living room features a comfortable matching sofa & loveseat, a lounge chair with ottoman and a large flat-screen television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The dining area and adjacent breakfast bar allow plenty of seating for meals with the family. In the large master bedroom, you will find a king-size bed, a private bathroom, a separate vanity, a flat-screen television and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds, a private full bathroom and a television. In the third bedroom, there are two twin-size beds & a television. NON FUNCTIONING APPLIANCES AND POOR MANAGEMENT

We arrived on a Saturday with enough food for 5 adults over 7 days. Refrigerator was not working upon arrival - called MULTIPLE times but not too much urgency on the part of management. They sent a repair man out 2 days later to tell us that, in fact, it was broken but that he did not have the part. After many calls, the management company asked US to go get dry ice (we had been living out of coolers and getting ice twice a day). After 4 days of waiting, they finally fixed it - but it took another 24 hours before it was cold enough to load. By that time, we had thrown everything away. Also, the washing machine was broken. Management knew and failed to tell us when we checked in. We did not bring enough clothes for the week - expecting to be able to do laundry while there. We rented a condo with the expectation of having a functioning refrigerator and washing machine. We had neither. Management states that they're local and have great response time to problems - not true in our case. The owner did credit us $200 on our rental - but we consider that amount totally inadequate and not near the loss of food and aggravation. Nice location but outdated appliances and furniture. Needs a good scrubbing too.

Great location. Our 4th year.

This is our family’s fourth year renting this unit. We love the location, property amenities, and the spaciousness of the unit. The deck is amazing! However, not much has changed in four years there. I think it’s time for a really good scrubbing in the baseboards and nooks and crannies and some updates throughout the unit. New pillows and comforters are in order and some spoons would be good too.

Very spacious. Have stayed at Hidden Harbour before and was not happy with this unit. Very dirty

This unit was very spacious and conveniently located. Perfect for bringing two young children to OCMD. This unit was very dirty though.

Nice place in many ways

The condo itself is very large, the double queen is nice if you have a need, the smaller bedroom worked well for 3 small kids, master bedroom is overall very nice. Yes furniture is outdated, color schemes are not to my liking (think pink bathrooms), place should have been cleaner, could use updates in kitchen as well...those things I think people want at this price point. The place itself is very roomy. TV's are nice if that is important and very good wifi which is important :O) The master bed is pretty cool, I don't care what others may say :O) We also had ant problem but called the office and was taken care of along with replacing burnt light bulbs on patio the next day...didn't really see many ants rest of the week. The pool is awesome for small kids, tennis court was also nice to have all just in front of the building. Having Northside park close by is awesome, had to drive to beach but parking up on 125th is not a problem., did some crabbing off the boat dock (uber convenient). Overall very nice place, neighbors were all very friendly.
