My cousin and I stayed here for the Ocean's Calling Festival. It was a little far from the festival for getting home at night, but close to nightlife and just a sweet, cozy little place to stay. My only negative was the lack of privacy immediately out the condo door. I wasn't crazy about the shared walkway. The next door neighbors put their beach stuff (cooler, cart, toys) all over the walk way and hung clothes and towels over the railing. It was very difficult getting to our condo door with everyone else's 'junk'. There was also a dog on the floor above our unit who barked non-stop. I wish management would control the noise and contact the renter when the barking went for more than 15 minutes. ##### Helene P. Beach was nice not too crowded. Plenty of room for 5 with 2 pull outs and big bed in bedroom. BBQ available and cute area for games and hanging out.
