"We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary and to have some quiet time to ourselves we loved it! We had access to the bikes and towels walked on the beach everything was within walking distance for us we really had a pleasant stay"

"Dated, but clean room and well-maintained property near the ocean."

"Great Stay!"

"This property offers an excellent location and comfortable accommodations. However, sound carries easily between units due to thin walls. During our stay, we experienced noise from neighboring guests who didn't observe the quiet hours, and being on the ground floor, we could hear foot traffic from other guests throughout the night."

"Great location!"

"Very cute place. Small room but just enough for 2 people. Walking distance to a lot of places"

"Easy walk to the beach and Asbury Park, lovely view of the lake. Comfortable mattress, good coffee, quiet, austere. We came to get some writing done and we were very happy at the Melrose. "

"Best place I’ve ever stayed at never any problems with anything will stay here every single time I am visiting asbury park"

"Great stay!loved the location:) charming!"

"Very clean and pretty place to stay by the ocean, quiet and pretty neighborhood!"

"Perfect spot for a quick little beach getaway! Clean, comfy and perfect location. Would definitely stay again! "

"The apartment was clean and in a great location. The hosts were super responsive after we got there and needed a few things. The listing states the sleeper sofa in the living space can accommodate two people, which is a stretch. Maybe two small children but not adults. My two petite college aged daughters barely fit —they were uncomfortable and didn’t sleep well. Also, having an electric tea kettle in the kitchen area would be nice!"

"Great room for a weekend in Asbury. Walkable to the Stone Pony. Plenty of parking."

"Loved these accommodations. The space was bright and clean, and spacious enough for two to share comfortably. The location can't be beat--it's very close to the beach and the "main drag" of charming Ocean Grove. "
