“Val and Ken’s place is located on a less traveled part of a very desirable lake near Detroit Lakes. During our stay, we might have seen 6 to 8 other watercraft in the lake near the house. We caught too many fish to count. The kids ranging from teenagers to our 2.5 year old and baby thoroughly enjoyed their stay with many of the older kids claiming it was “under-hyped.” Tons of water toys (paddle boat, kayaks and a canoe) occupied much of their time, and less time was spent on screens and...

“It was a beautiful trip into Frazee, this area will remind you why it's called land of 10,000 lakes. There is a ton to do around the town between coffee shops, fishing, thrift stores and trolls. The boathouse overall was very cozy and has a beautiful morning view of the lake at your feet. I highly recommend this to a couple looking have a close weekend together!”
