Room was on the second floor with a lot of stairs and carrying my rolling suitcase was inconvenient. Complimentary breakfast was bare bones. One type of bread, 2 kinds of bagels and yogurt was all gone. But ok I guess. The worst part was the pool, we purposely chose an area hotel with a pool. It was very hot today and was told the pool was open at 9. We tried to enter the pool and the gate was shut in our face and the worker said he still had to clean it. That was at 9:05 am. We sat at the some chairs outside of the pool are for an hour while he very slowly walked around the pool woth the skimmer for the whole time. We walked into the pool area at 950 am after another man and his child walked in but the workwr was still going around with the net. There were no pool towels, only a pile of dirty ones. We went in the pool for all of 3 minutes because we had to get out to get ready to leave for check out at 11. Threw off our whole day and messaged hotel but got no response.
