The room was nice, but we only stayed one night. I think the location was close to everything in town. Marginal Way was about a 15 minute walk away, and the walk to Perkins Cove was beautiful! It's a reasonably priced hotel, but you are really paying for the closeness to all the cool things in Ogunquit!
