The check in process was quick and seamless. I used a luggage delivery service and my luggage was waiting in the lobby at my arrival. The woman at the desk was pleasant and helpful with tips for my stay. The room was clean and contained slippers as well as compartments at the door for my arrival. The kitchen has dishes and an ice tray in the freezer!! As a family of 4, we appreciated the large closet, separate toilet and bath area as well as the sliding wall. There is a beautiful garden acoss the street and many shops within walking distance. I appreciated the quiet of the area and the balcony area for the apartment. The only downside is the difficulty in obtaining a luggage delivery service for the next leg of my trip. But I would definitely visit this property again.

"Large hotel. Everything okay. Only issue is during check in, front desk was not busy with 3 to 4 staff standing by doing nothing but will not check us in. Asked to use self service. Self serve did not work. Ended back at front desk and finally got checked in. Not very courteous and quite frankly ..."

"Stunning, modern hotel. Great breakfast. The only downside was the rooftop bar had very limited seating and not enough staff to service the numbers such a disappointment as that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel."
