The Schaefer House sits on one of the most scenic 65 acres in the Laurel Highlands and is located just two minutes from Ohiopyle State Park. Hike to the top of the drive and overlook the most spectacular views of Sugarloaf Mountain! The home was fully renovated in 2011. The home offers a Stone Fireplace and sleeper sofa in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and one bath. The Schaefer House comfortably sleeps 8. Relax on the covered front porch swing where you can catch a glimpse of the deer and turkey that frequent the property. This property is dog friendly.* Additional flat fee will be charged per pet after receiving your signed Rental Agreement. The Schaefer House sits on one of the most scenic 65 acres in the Laurel Highlands and the walking trails overlook the most spectacular views of Sugarloaf Mountain! The Schaefer House offers a Fruit Orchard with Apples, Pears, Peaches, Plums, Grapes, Persimmons, Blueberries, fire pit, wishing well and charcoal grill. In the evening you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings by the fire pit. In the mornings, relax on the covered front porch swing where you can catch a glimpse of the deer and turkey that frequent the property. The Schaefer house is the perfect home away from home. This unit also includes High Speed Internet with WIFI throughout the house. The Schaefer House is conveniently located next to the Orndorff Cabin which sleeps 6. Rent both homes for your large group!
