I checked in at 6 pm. I had a dinner followed byvtea I made in the c room using the kettle. While I was watching television the power went b ofc at 9 pm and nothing worked. Commuincated by whatsapp to bob w but they did not send anyone to fix the c power failure. I left at 10 am unable to cook my breakfast or charge my phone. Do not stay here.

Only if i knew that the family 2 bedroom apartment is a basement dungeon with bedrooms having no windows underground. Yes!! The bedrooms ARE in the freaking basement. One bedroom has a tiny window and you can see people walking on the street, you cant see people actually, only their legs. . Second bedroom had NO windows at all! It was slightly bigger than my walk-in closet at home. So claustrophobic people be aware of this bedroom situation . No where in the description i could read about this!! So we checked in and left 2 hours later. Thankfully Expedia rebooked us to a different hotel and literally saved my vacation as Bob W was absolutely useless. Never again.

This is definitely the hotel i would recommend! Location is excellent! Clean, new, modern, friendly and helpful staff. Laundry machine and coffee was a nice touch. Breakfast was amazing ! We really enjoyed our stay and i would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tallinn
