“Hidden Gem! We had no idea this property was in Ojo Caliente. Beautiful views, gorgeous rooms and a wonderful restaurant connected. Booking was simple as well as check in and the hosts both online at at the restaurant are wonderful. Cant wait to come back!”

“The only issue was a clogged sink in bathroom which we reported and was never taken care of until our third day. We reported it on our second day at breakfast to our waitress and she said she would take care of it. Unfortunately if she did anything we didn’t see a difference until another delightful lady came back to our room and undid the sink stopper and used a coat hangar to remove gross black crud. It was a nasty dirty job but she happily did it with a smile. My kind of worker. She was well……

Manager was helpful but spotty phone service made it difficult. Thank goodness we were there during daylight as it would have been very difficult to locate at night. ”

“This location is rural and absolutely beautiful views, as well as the facility, gorgeous, well-maintained, and the staff are super helpful. The food in the small cafe inside the casino is exceptional. I docked a star because it was a little difficult getting to the hotel from where you check in at a different building and then the parking close to the hotel was a bit of a jaunt and limited. I had to move rooms and the back and forth to the front desk in the casino building, well? It was good……
