My stay here was excellent. Huge space. Basically an apartment. Large bedroom, and shower. Laundry, stove, and refrigerator. The balcony was a pleasant surprise, as well. Close proximity to the beach, and business. There’s literally a market across the street. Definitely the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in Japan. I’d book here again in a heartbeat.

Good location in Chatan

Studio in a good location in Chatan, easy to walk to main spots in the area. The apartment and the building were not really dirty, but it did not feel clean either. Sheets were smelling tabaco, maybe because they have been used in a smoking room before? Not bad overall, it is on the lower end of the price range in the area.

receptionist didn’t seem to understand English or Japanese which made it hard to communicate when we wanted to extend a night. Also, there seems to be a lot of fees that are not listed in the listing. Parking is not free, there is no housekeeping either. If you request for it, there’s an additional fee to it. Also, the rooms could use abit of an update and a thorough cleaning…

アメリカンビレッジのすぐそばというロケーションにしては非常にリーズナブルな料金でよかったです。 ただ、部屋に備え付けと思われる二組の食器のうち、なぜかマグカップだけがひとつしかなかったり、バスマットがなかったりと「？」なところもありました。

毎年　3週間ほど長期滞在をしています アラハビーチの近くにあり　夕陽がとても綺麗に見えます　近くにドラッグストアーもあるので助かります少し歩けばスーパーもあります アメビレから少し離れているので静かで良いです

第二次入住，這次入住5樓房間寬敞舒適雙陽台可以看到微海景，設備有洗衣機、微波爐、小流理台很方便，飯店入口處就有一家生鮮藥妝超市，附近也很多當地小餐廳，鄰近美國村開超約5分鐘就可抵達，非常便利

3年前に利用した時はすごく感じが良かったので利用しました。今回は壁のひどいシミはあったし、冷蔵庫に直前の利用者が忘れていった食品類が入ったままでした。部屋の清掃状況はパッっと見は綺麗になってますが、洗濯機の横や、浴室の換気扇などほこりが積もっていたり、フィルターの要清掃ランプが点滅していたり、食器や鍋類が別途料金なのも残念でした。テレビはアンテナを差し替えればＢＳが映りましたが、分波してないので地上波かＢＳかのどちらか一方しか映りません。

立地も良く全体的には良かったですが、浴室の髪の毛が気になったことと、チェックアウト日も荷物預かりしてくれるとのことだったが、何度も不在時先に電話するが、繋がらず。結局スーツケース持ったまま近隣散策したが、重くてすぐに次の場所に移動した。預かってもらえてたらもっと近隣散策出来たのにと残念でならない。
