Poor and unprofessional staff. Had no maid service in the four day stay. Had to go to front desk ask for fresh towels, coffee, and cups. Y9u could not use any side doors to enter the building. Had to use the front entrance no mattrr where your room was located on the property. Worst hotel i have ever stayed in.

It was nice and clean they had other families there the only negative they dont inform you on is its 5 dollars per plate for breakfast but it was hot and fresh so its worth the 5 dollar's! I would recommend this to the nexg fellow traveler!

Terrible hotel. Started off without the type of room I booked and paid for. Restaurant was never open. Homeless were just wandering in and bathing in the indoor pool. Locks were broken on all 3 rooms I switched to when they weren’t clean. Stayed 6 days and the police were there 5 days that dealing with druggies.

It smelled musty. Our air conditioner did not work, and after telling the front desk, no one ever came to check it out. The ice machine didn't work, either, but there weren't any ice buckets anyway.

Facility Needs Maintenance

I don't mind that it was horrible outdated but there was a leak in my room that had the carpet soaking wet where the bathroom sink was and it was coming from the roof. I did not find it until I had taken my shoes off and at that point since it was late at night I did not feel like changing rooms. The room had a very musty smell which after finding the leak I understood why. The shower has no door and you can't adjust the shower head so water runs out on the floor and soaks the floor towel. So I had to dry that out every night for the next day. Also when I did have a chance to speak about it there was no one at the front desk and after waiting for over 15 minutes I chose to just live with it as my days where very busy and I just wanted a shower and bed. Won't be staying there ever again and we booked 2 rooms. Also a very small thing but the elevator temperature is beyond ridiculous hot. No one wants to ride in that after spending all day out in 100 degree temps. Outside was cooler

I am representing a school and children participating in a OSSAA event. There were random people walking around. Many rooms had 10 plus people and big pit bull dogs. Our sponsors felts our students were not safe. We moved some female students in the middle of the night. The next morning we relocated to another hotel. We have tried to get a refund and have been denied.
