Villa Luxury is situated in quiet and very lovely place, away from high traffic. Apartment is in the high ground floor and has an amazing garden with 25 m2 large swimming pool – w/deck chairs, hammocks, BBQ, table and chairs. All of this is for your exclusive use.

Floor has total area of 165 m2 + 100 m2 large terrace and garden with small playground for kids.

Villa is fully equipped for 12 persons and it consists of:

There are 3 air-conditions that can cool the whole place. Internet access is free of charge (Wi- Fi ADSL - fast internet) - whole place wireless covered. Large parking area is in the shade.
Sea and beach are approximately 550 m far from the apartment. Beach is pebbly and suitable for adults and children.
