All gatherings must be limited within our max occupancy, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $200 fine. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. PETS: We welcome well behaved pets with prior host approval. Please include your pet in the reservation. The platform only allows one pet fee—additional pets must be paid separately via the Resolution Center or invoice. Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay. All pets must be pre-approved. Guests must clean up after their pets. Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning. The back yard is fully fenced. Dec 8, 2025 Liked: Check-in Disliked: Listing accuracy The bedrooms/bathrooms and home overall was clean and presented well. If you have bad knees know there are steep stairs entry. Also split level with stairs upon entrance. The beds were comfortable. I communicated with property manager on concerns with exterior front yard and door entry had ton of leaves, from trees. They had a tote near front door full of mail. The backyard deck was filled with leaves and a mess. While it was cold and we were not going to be outside — we let the property manager know. My daughter had wet carpet in the basement most likely from rain— wasn’t sure. Some negatives, overall wasn’t the worst wasn’t the best either— room for improvement. ##### Jenny J.
