The apartment is located within a detached, well-maintained residential complex with two separate entrances that ensure convenience and privacy. The location is strategic: just 6 km from the Olbia–Costa Smeralda Airport and 8 km from the port. Despite its proximity to the airport, there is no disturbance from air traffic, as the house is not located along any approach or takeoff routes.
The area is an ideal starting point for exploring the beauty of the coastline. Just a few minutes away are some of the most popular beaches: Marina Maria (a surfer’s paradise), Porto Istana, Capo Ceraso, and Costa Corallina. Pittulongu, Bados, Spiaggia Bianca, and Porto Taverna are also easily accessible by car.
The property is spread over two levels. On the main floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed, and a bathroom.
