It is located on the first floor and consists of a single open-plan space. The living area features a double bed, a single bed, and a kitchenette equipped with electric hotplates, as well as an open-plan bedroom with two single beds.

The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower and a terrace with a table and chairs.

ℹ️ Mandatory fees to be paid on site:

- Security deposit: €400 in cash or by credit card; refundable at the end of the stay upon inspection of the apartment’s condition.

- Cleaning the kitchenette and disposing of trash are the guest’s responsibility. Otherwise, a penalty of €150 will be deducted from the security deposit for failure to clean the kitchenette and another €150 for failure to dispose of trash.
