8/10 Very Good! (726 reviews)
To be clear it’s a random apartment in a residential building with all sorts of characters. There is security onsite 24/7 who do not help with short term rentals. Check-in process was digital which is fine, but then when you get to the place you need to enter the code they send, then get to the elevator inside, and press your floor within 2 minutes. It’s a busy building and the elevator wait times are awful. Once in you get a manual key. And a black fob, only one of each so if your multiple guests you can’t get back in without the fob and key. Antiquated or what. HOWEVER-YOU CAN KEEP USING THAT COULD THAT GIVES YOU 2 MINUTES TO GET TO THW ELEVATOR. What the instructions don’t say is that the fob also unlocks the main front door. The instructions only state the fob is for the elevator. So instructions are poor. Also toiletries are stated as included. But all I found were loads of random shampoo bottles. No body wash. I emailed the host on the first night to ask where the toiletries are. And to say the toilet cistern leaks when you flush it. They did not acknowledge or advise. When I arrived there were wets sheets in the drier still. I emailed saying there were placed in the wardrobe. The photos really oversell it. The apartment is cheaply furnished. Well worn. The curtains in the bedroom were not wide enough so had a strip of light at end side. The train tracks are noisy all the time.
