Lovely little hotel but if you are at the front it can be noisy at night.Staff were very helpful and breakfast was good.Wifi was very 'flakey' but not sure if that was because it was so hot.Free bus / tram travel was very welcome.

Close to train. Very hot rooms with tiny fan to keep you cool.. very loud nose if facing train station.. could not sleep due to hot stuffy rooms. Breakfast is free but is just toast yogurt and coffee

We went there for a family trip and was met with a rude receptionist. That already put us in a bad mood. We had to wait 4 hours for a room and we only stayed for a day. We checked in at 4 and left at 10. We didn’t even stay the whole 24 hours. The rooms were dusty and had only shampoo that made you hair feel like grass. They also had no tea or coffee. I do not recommend this hotel as it is very expensive for 4 people and not worth $700 a night.
