Our family experienced issues in 2 of our 3 rooms with the air conditioning/heating unit. Issues required maintenance in the middle of the night and eventual room moves.
We have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 5+ years but don’t plan on returning.

The bedrooms were dark with hardly any natural light. The sitting room was comfortable. The kitchen tap was very loose. One bathroom sink cracked and partially blocked.
The apartment was in a good location which was good.

Stayed one night with my husband. Dapper gent at the desk was friendly and efficient, room was cozy and clean, bed super comfy, on-site restaurant was lovely. I'd have liked a mini fridge in the room and the shower pressure was just ok but like most yanks if I'd my druthers it'd be like a power washer ...
