A lovely welcome from the staff. Continental breakfast. Clean 3 bed room. Good size. In an older building so furnished more traditionally but still had safe, mini fridge, tea/coffee facilities.

Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier! Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

Nice and helpful hostesses. Cute common seating areas and patio. Clean. Room was darker than pictures on Expedia and was very highly scented which we got used to after a few days. Coffee and fresh croissants were available throughout the day. Locations was good- near shops and restaurants and the Spanish steps, short walk to Trevi fountain.

"It is a historical hotel with a 19th c. elevator, a garden and direct access to the opera house in a central location. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. It has, however, become increasingly dingy looking, from dull dirty wood floors, curtains that need cleaning, rugs that are filthy, etc. The rooms ..."
