Perfect location, in a lovely boutique hotel. We had the penthouse room, and plenty of space and two large terraces. Walk around the corner to all the restaurants, cafes etc. Some people had complained of noise from the pizza drivers opposite but we didn't have any problems.

Lovely spacious property on the first floor facing the back, hence very quiet. Market and seafront nearby. Good restaurants and supermarket just around the corner (Pingo Doce). Only one small complain. The wifi seems to be weak at certain times of the day, hopefully that could be improved. Would certainly book here again in the near future!
A great apartment in probably the best location you could imagine. Everything at your doorstep, food, drink, view, buses, taxis, supermarkets, recycling, ferries, really everything! Very clean, private and spacious. Will likely come back with friends for a weekend away. Great value too!
Pareja de España. Quedamos gratamente sorprendidos por las magnificas instalaciones del apto. en planta baja grande . Las zonas comunes en Atico son muy hermosa con una decoración muy actual y vistas al gran mercado de Olhão. Está a 50 mtr del mercado en zona de muy buenos restaurantes de cocina internacional y portugesa.
A solo 3 minutos caminando del puesto para comprar ticket barcos o taxis lanchas que te llevan a diferentes islas.
Repetiremos experiencia. Muy agradable todo.

Really nice place , small but tastefully designed and in a great position. Dogs on the neighborhood rooftops barking at each other can be disturbing for some but we found it amusing !
Superbe appartement , très propre et très bien équipé. Une situation idéale au coeur du village non loin de l'embarcadères et à deux pas des nombreux restaurants. Sans oublier une superbe et grande terrasse sur le toit tout équipée pour faire vos barbecues ou tout simplement boire un verre.
Lovely and very clean apartment in a prim position, note there is no oven, but you do have a modern 4 ringed hob And a good microwave, a lot of care and attention has been made on the decor, very modern, nicely furnished, very comfortable bed, would highly recommend, we stayed in the penthouse apartment with balcony over looking market and river.
Un appartement très luxueux,propre et bien agencé. Une literie de qualité et surtout une terrasse sur le toit de l'immeuble avec son barbecuequi en fait toit l'intérêt.
Cependant, il faudrait trouver un moyen urgent de faire taire les chiens des voisins .Cela gâche tout le charme.
A friend and I had a fabulous time there. The location and faculty were fantastic and they dealt with our challenge with car patiently as there was no easy parking on the street.
They were very quick to respond to our questions and helped us have a great experience in Olião.
We have stayed in Apt sol e ria before and it has always been lovely we love the roof area overlooking the harbour and city. We will return there again hopefully.
Dans un logement exceptionnel confort ! Agencement ! Équipement ! Décoration et services !! Mais quel dommage environnement très bruyant le soir et la nuit ! Sans parler des départs incessants des pizzas à livrer !! Le week-end c’est pire !! Où est l’isolation phonique !?!?!? ☹️
