The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the room! Fabulous and SO quiet. There was a raging loud party on the street Saturday night and when I closed the window it was total silence. There is also a double door in your room to the lobby, so you have total peace. Tip - buy the Roman sites combined ticket for 17 euros and see them all.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean with comfortable beds, breakfast was with a good variety and tasty and the hotel has a big parking place. A short 5-minute drive and you are in the center of Mérida, the hotel is just outside the city so the surroundings are quiet. Unfortunately, there was a negative part of our stay, the hotel is not soundproof to the interior corridors and adjacent rooms so we could hear everything very loud and clear, other guests closing their room doors guests talking in the hallways early in the morning, toilets being flushed, coughing, etc. which did not provide a good night's rest.

A modern, well maintained hotel in extensive grounds. Reception and restaurant/bar staff were unfriendly but breakfast female staff was great. Restaurant food was not great - less than expected with limited choice. Room was spacious and comfortable.
