"We booked for my mother in laws 91st birthday and will probably book a different hotel next time. The 5 pm check in time is ridiculous. We live in town and get a hotel a couple times a year in town. We booked watermark and asked for an early check in. We were told twice it shouldn’t be a big deal as it’s still slow season. We showed up at 3 and were told the room wasn’t ready but they will get right on it. We left and picked up MIL and came back about an hour later and it still wasn’t ready.
