October is a fantastic time to visit this resort. It wasn't overly noisy. The pool was heated which was amazing for evening swims. We ate at the restaurant and it was great. Beautiful views.
We loved that the pool was actually warm enough to swim in in October without being uncomfortable, and having a room with a lake view was lovely as well. We will be back!
AS usual Walnut Beach was sparkling!! Casual, comfortable and convenient….just a great spot for a getaway…the beach, pool and rooms were all clean and inviting. thx!
We've been to this resort several times now and absolutely love it. The only thing I would mention is the restaurant food was disappointing both times we ate there.
So maybe bring your own food, as most units have a kitchenette.
Nice clean rooms. We were on the road side which is mostly quiet other than some vehicles in the morning. This is the 4th year in a row we have stayed here and have enjoyed it each time.
