It’s fine as a baseline motel. The place is run down, especially as compared to the neighborhood- hallway carpets were musty, but the room’s was ok. Their hospitality is also baseline… strict 10:30 checkout, etc. Minihaha falls is close, which is why I chose the spot, and there’s bus and transit a block away. It worked out, though I personally would expect a lower rate for the quality.

The room was modern, stylish, and very well maintained. However, I was very disappointed that housekeeping was not provided daily, which is unacceptable considering the rate charged. The hotel also lacks basic amenities expected from a 4-star property, such as body lotion, bathrobes, slippers, and an in-room coffee machine or kettle. While the room itself was excellent, the missing services significantly impacted the overall experience and value for money.
