“Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible……

“Great access to the rail station, mall, supermarket, convenience store and even a laundromat. House is well equipped and includes a washing machine and dishwasher (dryer available around the corner and was cheap when unable to dry washing outside). Bathroom is on the bottom floor, toilet second floor and two main bedrooms on third floor - steep steps could be a challenge after a long day exploring. Overall the house was clean and quiet. Great value for our family of four.”

“The house was clean and tidy. Communication was prompt and effective. The house is more vertical so there are a lot of stairs but we made it work even though we have 2 seniors in the group. One has difficult mobility, the property manager went above and beyond to accomodate us by setting a bed on the first floor. Luggage elevator is such a useful addition. As expected for Tokyo house, we don't have a big space to hang around as a group but we were barely home so this is not an issue. The place……
