"It is a very nice hotel with great hot springs (it may not be a traditional onsen, but it uses underground mineral water). The hot spring area is clean, comfortable, and well worth the price.The staff service was generally great. Since we don't speak Japanese, we had a mix of good and bad experiences. The good part: I stupidly ordered a smoking room on the 5th floor by mistake. It wasn't until the evening that I realized my error, but they kindly helped us switch to a non-smoking room. The bad part: It was raining heavily, and I asked if they had an umbrella I could borrow to go pick up my car. The staff member politely said no with a sweet smile. A few minutes later, we saw a Japanese guest go to the counter and get an umbrella for 500 yen. That's when we realized we could actually buy one, so we did—but that was after I had already braved the rain to get the car! 😂 I really wish they had provided that information in the first place.While the room was clean and comfortable overall, the underside of the toilet seat was quite dirty with yellow stains, which I ended up cleaning myself.Overall, it was still a great stay at a nice hotel."
