ENTIRE BACH AND SECTION TO YOURSELF!

Beautiful 1950's bach that has been renovated over the years. Two bedrooms with open plan kitchen, dining and living including a sleepout with bathroom.
Deck catching all day sun with a lawn for the kids to play.

Room for a boat and facilities to clean.

Addition to bach - there is a sleepout available which sleeps 4 (queen bed and a set of bunks) with it's own toilet and shower.

It is just a 1 minute walk to the Marsden Bay beach/ playground and a 10 minute walk to Marden Cove Marina complex.

Perfect for a summer family holiday. As a kid we enjoyed our summers in this kiwi bach.

House

The property is old but good location. Some of the cooking items need replacement, very bad condition. Outside sensor light not working. Individual hot and cold taps in the bathroom need a mixture in this day and age. Bedroom door needs to be changed for privacy. The house does have a number.

This is your classic kiwi Bach. It was perfect for our mixed group to stay at whilst finishing a yacht race at the marina. Clean, comfortable and perfectly located.

Fishing Charter

Had a fishing charter at Marsden Cove and needed accom. Obviously checked in here, was great location for us and even had an area to clean the fish. Perfect little spot. Would book again. Thank you.

Great kiwi Bach

This property is the genuine kiwi Bach, beach one way marina the other way , we used the house and the sleepout which worked perfectly for our group , everything you needed was supplied and having the lockup shed was a bonus. Lots of parking for the boat while still giving us enough outside area to relax. Communication was excellent before and during stay. We will use this Bach again.

Great little cottage

Stayed here for one night when attending a friends birthday party nearby and it was perfect. Beds were comfortable, basic but functional bathroom (except we couldn’t find a plug for the bath). Prompt communication from owner and everything we needed was included. Would stay here again. Highly recommended.
