Not helpful In Answering questions. The room did not ha are a Phone so if you had a question you had to go downstairs. I wanted to know if the room had. Safe to store personal items and the gentleman at the desk looked at me s if I was asking something absurd and told me that this was not a real hotel and they don’t have them. When asking where Locations were I was given a map with not explication of where to go The cleaning staff did the bare minimum. Sheets were never changed and towels had stains on them "

"It was impossible to contact the property management. It seems like they believe that they had the perfect system so all they need to do is giving out check in and check out information. They need to have bigger towels also."

"The hotel staff were accomodating and professional. The hotel overlooks Haeundae beach and provides an incredible view from sun up to sun down. There are tons of restaurants and activities minutes away. And you can cheat the salt bread line across the street by going during the odd hours. We will be staying here everytime we come to Busan."
