It is a nice cadual place. Issues: 1. No response by the hotel via the Expedia chat. 2. Not sufficient parking space. 3. The blanket was dirty but waa changed promptly.

Good hotel, bit of a distance to the city centre, we knew when booking it. Ten minutes to metro stop, 25 mins to city centre.

Upscale property, nice rooms but could use al little more attention to detail with the cleaning. Friendly staff to English speaking customers. Property was in walking distance to the arts and science district and a large shopping center but was farther away from the old town. They left a note and some chocolates for my girlfriends birthday without us telling them about the occasion which was much appreciated and made the stay memorable

Nos encantó el hotel, limpieza impecable y habitaciones grandes y cómodas. Hermosa piscina. Y la señora del lobby muy amable. Desayuno delicioso.

The place is a good value for money, has a great location and the staff was nice. The only downside was that at one of the hottest nights nobody took action when the Aircon was down on the entire floor. It was a sleepless night. It's it has a pool. I haven't had a need to use the kitchennete, but a kettle could be useful.
