"Great location, close to town. Loved the nature walk around the pond. We had to call for linens for our 3rd guest but the host took care of quickly. "

"Our host was very gracious & everything was easy. Grt communication. Spacious well stocked kitchen. Only thing I would add would b a few more side tables & night stands for visitors in living & bedrooms & an extra recliner or small sofa around TV 4 families to all have comfortable seating . Historic building & the best part was the outside camp kitty. So cute & sweet! Definitely stay again"

"Excellent breakfast but the lady that works the desk at breakfast is even better. She is sweet, has a smile for you and makes you feel so welcome. We have been twice and both times she was wonderful. I didnt get her name but hope her boss knows she is excellent. We have been at a lot of hotels while house hunting in al and she is a sm out."

"We live in South Florida. This property was absolutely perfect for hosting our Alabama family’s Thanksgiving this year. We had 20 guests and everything was wonderful. Hope to come again and rent the little boat, but it was a little too chilly for us."
