“The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel facilities did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price. The property appears to be poorly maintained. The air conditioning in my room was not working properly and only blew warm air, making the room uncomfortable. The staff was helpful enough to change another room for me. The fitness studio is well equipped, but the opening hours (9:00 AM–9:00 PM)……

“My son and I stayed at the hotel as part of our WW I, WWII museum and battlefield tour. Dunkirk was an important stop on our way. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Staff were welcoming and friendly, room was great and the location, overlooking the beach and ocean was perfect. They also had by far and away the BEST and most upscale breakfast of any hotel we stayed in. Biggest tip: Pay extra for an ocean view. It was wonderful just sitting on the balcony watching people on the beach……

“This is a fantastic place to stay prior to an early morning channel crossing. The hotel really is lovely, as are the reception staff. The rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable, and the hotel parking at the rear is very convenient. We chose not to eat/drink at the hotel and instead walked into the town. It's a fair walk to the centre, but it's worth it as there are plenty of lively bars and large selection of restaurants. We had a great final night before coming home to the UK.”
