Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location. On the beach with nice views. Quick elevators, handy carts were available for check in/out. The beds are a bit uncomfortable due to age and it could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. (A picture in the bathroom still had splatter from sink/toothpaste, doors had fingerprints from what looked like makeup). Overall it was nice and I would recommend it.

Fall Break

The condo was perfect for our fall vacation. It was clean, perfect size, and had all the amenities we needed plus some. The view from the balcony was perfect. There was no wait time to use the elevator. The pool was nice and clean. Very short walk to the beach. We will be booking here again and highly recommend this particular condo.

This place and price point can’t be beat, corner room views are amazing. Bunkbeds are very small more suited for 6 and under. A little dated could use some updating, and more quality bedding, and blankets. They were basic hospital sheets and blankets

Bigger than expected and nicer

The condo building was smaller which I liked. Didn’t use the pool but it was used. The condo was very clean, I really liked the layout. Great view of the beach. Was always cool in the condo even when sliding glass door was open for an extended period of time. I would def come back.

Great location

We loved the location and easy access to beach. Place was clean and spacious enough for our group of 7. The condo was a little outdated. Kitchen appliances could use some updating but were sufficient for what we needed. The furniture was pretty worn. Balcony had a great view of the beach in both directions. Pool was small but nice. Could use some more pool chairs and in pool lighting at night. Overall very good experience.

Good stay

This was a nice property for the money. The place was relatively clean with a few exceptions. I do recommend a new stove, everything I cooked was burned on the bottom and barely done in top. The garbage disposal needs repaired. I don’t mind that it didn’t work but it was very slow to drain. The drain in the 2nd bathroom needs a good cleaning. The hair I cleaned from it was disgusting. These were very minor. It had a beautiful view, an easy ride down the elevator to the beach. We had a great time!

Called about ceiling fan in 2nd bedroom not functioning correctly could not sleep WTH it on& never could get any of the TV’s to work. We had to watch movies on iPad! I called as soon as we arrived & no one contacted me to fix anything!

A nice and well laid out condo. Super clean. Perfect views.

This is a great condo in a great location in the Orange Beach / Gulf Shores area. This particular unit is on the 7th floor. We enjoyed the layout of the condo and the views of the beach were fantastic. The outdoor pool is pretty basic, but we did see people cleaning it every morning. They also mopped and cleaned the elevator every morning as well, which was unexpected and nice. Regarding the unit itself, the kitchen is maybe a little dated and the toilet paper holder in the master bathroom is very loose on the wall. Outside of those two very minor things, the condo is great. And I don't know which company they use for the cleaning, but we go to Orange Beach a couple of times every year and this was one of the cleanest units I've stayed in in quite a while. I would rent this one again for sure.

Never stay there again

The fire alarm went off twice during our stay, woke us at 4:45am the first night. The whole building had to stay in the rain for more than 20 minutes waiting for fire department. The 3rd night, the clock radio went off at 1am. There was only 1 working TV out of 3. When I tried to get ahold of management, I received e-mails a day later stating- sorry about the wait… and no actual communication. Most of the building was upset by these issues.

A little lacking

We noticed a few things about this condo. No extra trash bags, no laundry soap, no dishwasher pods, no extra toilet paper. Should there have been? We have never rented a VRBO that didn’t have at least of few of these items available. If you used all the supplies provided you bought after the fact. If they are not included it may be worth updating the description accordingly. Living room furniture is very worn and outdated. The pull out bed in the sofa is broken. Left burner on the stove top does not work and the stove itself is very worn out and rusty. Shower head in the master bathroom leaks and isn’t the best. The beds are great, the view is amazing, outdoor furniture is fantastic also. But some of those other items will keep us from wanting to rent this particular condo in the future. We have enjoyed our stay just wish some of those little things would have been a little nicer/better. When my furniture at home is nicer than the condo that’s a bit disappointing.
