Tidewater Unit #606 Nicely appointed 1 BD/1BA with built-in bunks Gulf front

Unit #606 is a 1 BR with fantastic views of the Gulf from your balcony. King bed in bedroom. Condo has bunk beds in hallway. Full size washer/dryer, kitchen is equipped with newer stove, refrigerator, Keurig and Mr. Coffee makers. Flat screen TV’s in BR(32") and living room(40" smart TV) with cable,
Including Netflix. Wi-Fi connection included.
Enjoy remote check-in/check-out. After payment confirmation, I will send you the gate code and your door lock code by email and to your cell # for ease of access.
Check-In time is 3:00pm or after and Check-out is by 10:00am.
Parking passes are now required by Condo Association. Parking Passes are $50 per vehicle with a maximum of 2 issued per stay. If you require 2 passes they MUST be purchased at time of rental. If I have to bring a second pass after you are here there will be a $50 trip charge on top of the price of the pass. $50/day charge per additional extra guest.
Breathtaking view of the Gulf and Perdido Pass. Located close to shopping and restaurants. Complex has outdoor pool and indoor pool, sauna, exercise room, picnic area. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for $50/day rental...first come, first serve basis.
If you use the washing machine, PLEASE use only MEDIUM or SMALL loads. Please clear the dryer lint filter after each use.
Please place all used towels on the bathroom floor. Housekeeping brings a new set for each rental.

$145.00 charge for housekeeping assessed per visit. Lodging tax will be added to rental rate.

We charge 3% convenience fee on any amount put on a credit/debit card.

Rental prepayment of $245 is needed to confirm reservation. Prepayment will be subtracted from grand total at check in.

We had a wonderful time during our stay over Labor Day weekend. This condo was everything our little family needed and more. It was clean, well kept, and the amenities were wonderful. Lastly, the view is outstanding! We cannot recommend it enough.

This was such a cozy little place for a relaxing stay with my mother-in-law. The balcony view was absolutely perfect and provided shade all day. Mattresses and furniture were comfortable. Larry was great to communicate with during our stay! We plan to go back!

Great vacation

Tidewater is a great place to stay. Smaller building so the beach and pools were not crowded. Plenty of parking in a gated lot. I would definitely stay again.

No complaints!

The condo was a perfect fit and the check in process was easy! The complex is smaller so it’s not crowded at all. It’s less than a 5 minute walk down to the beach and the beach is huge so plenty of space to spread out. Can’t wait to be back!

Gorgeous views - great condo

Loved the condo and the view. Relaxing was easy with the hot tub, heated pool and easy access to the beach. Large bed and great kitchen. Would definitely recommend 10/10 in every way.

Another Amazing Visit

Tidewater Stay

The property is a typical "shotgun" type condo as a one bedroom. It does need some updating and we were a little disappointed in the amenities such as the dishware and silverware. The rug in the living room is molting and it seemed the "hair" was everywhere. The floors could have been much cleaner. The bed was good and overall the place just needs a little loving care.

Wonderful getaway

We had a wonderful weekend away. Condo was exactly as described. Very clean. The kids loved the indoor pool and walking along the beach. There was a beautiful view of the gulf from the balcony and living room. Thank you for our weekend escape! We’ll be back!

Great location and space. Beds were comfortable and unit was clean. Pool is great and unit is well sound dampened. The shower was a bit difficult to use and washer and dryer need updating. Bring additional paper and soap products. Bedroom faces the walkway, so a blackout curtain would be nice.

Tidewater 606

Great property for a quick trip with my kids over spring break. Easy access to the beach and pools, tons of cooking utensils and cookware. Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Cute decor. A few things could be updated such as basket strainers in kitchen sink, facets in the bathtub were a little dated but those are just minor things and would not keep me from staying here again. Overall great property with beautiful ocean views!

Breathtaking View From Balcony

Thank you for a great vacation. The condo is absolutely perfect. The first thing you see when entering is that amazing Orange Beach View of the emerald green water and white sand. The balcony has comfortable seats for up to 6 people. The bunk beds were comfortable as was the king bed. The kitchen was beyond fully stocked - even has a crockpot. You won't need shoes because you are directly on the beach. Our boys loved the warm indoor pool every day and after dinner. Most important, the owner Larry, was so kind and gracious to work with. He made our stay! I'm jealous that someone is probably drinking coffee on "my" balcony right now. Larisa from Washington
