The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We requested a room change because the WiFi, wireless connection, and mattress were all subpar. The breakfast was delicious, though.

This property is dated and many fixtures and surfaces are old. It is probably hard to present as “clean” because it just truly needs refurbishing. The staff is fine, and the breakfast is very average. However, the cost is usually affordable given the great location, so you get what you pay for. It’s usually very busy with families.

Overall, the stay was decent. Property is nice and the breakfast is not bad. However, the facilities are not being maintained. Lobby is dirty, washrooms in the lobby are disgusting, the elevator has never seen a clean sweep of the floor. This is too bad as this hotel has lots of good potential.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel suite the suite was clean, spacious and beautifully maintained with comfortable furnishing and everything the staff was friendly professional, and always willing to help making me feel welcome from check-in to check out breakfast always very good ! The parking was easy and convenient I felt my vehicle was safe throughout my stay this will always be my go to hotel !!

We liked the dual suite for the handicap. Especially the bathroom & shower. There were items that we had to continue to ask for but overall pretty good. They could use new beds and bed coverings. Roman was the best desk clerk anyone could ask for. He went over & well beyond his duties. He helped my husbband with getting his electric scooter out of our car and put our luggage into our room. He was so nice. He's a keeper. The breakfast was really good too. I would've liked to have some juice but their machine was broken. The hotel needs a little more maintenance but everything worked out okay.
