Welcome to Brookings Ocean Pearl!

This modern, two story updated home has beautiful ocean views from almost every spot in the home! With a well-stocked kitchen, it makes for an easy environment to make plenty of meals while staying in. An open living and dining area with vaulted ceilings, large mounted Smart TV, wood burning stove and entry to deck to watch the sun set over the ocean.

The primary bedroom and attached full bathroom is on the main level along with the 2nd bedroom and guest half bathroom.

The primary bedroom has access to the partial wrap-around deck, amazing ocean views and natural lighting. A walk-in closet and an attached full bathroom with dual vanity sinks, seperate make up vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is located near the front door, this room has 2 entry points.

The second level of the home has an open loft-style room, with an additional TV room & futon, the 3rd bedroom has a queen mattress and an attached hideaway bedroom (located throught the closet of this bedroom) for an additional sleeping area; with 2 bean bags and a full size mattress. The 2nd full bathroom is located on the 2nd floor as well with a shower/tub combination.

The open loft has two recliners looking out to the ocean, it is a great spot for whale watching or boat/wave watching. There is an additional balcony area with a sliding glass door access through the loft area.

Garage Parking and ammenities:
This garage can park two cars. It has access to the home from the inside. The washer and dryer are in the garage along with a handy dog washing spot!

There is a decent amount of parking, however, we request no boats, trailers or RV's. The yard is fully fenced and has several areas for seating.

There is a propane BBQ as well.

This home is located off Eggers Road; a 7.4-mile drive to Fred Meyer. Less than a mile from the Lone Ranch Beach and Whales Head Beach Access; 29 Miles to the National Redwoods; 6.2 miles to Harris Beach State Park; 15.8 Loeb State Park and only 22.2 miles from Gold Beach, OR. Not to mention all the Trails along the coast, that surround this home!

In town for a wedding
The house was very nice and very clean. It was a great location for us. We were in town for a wedding in Gold Beach. The view of the ocean from the house was spectacular and the beds were comfortable. The house was conveniently located along the coast where we stopped at many spots along HWY 101. It was also very close to many restaurants in Brookings. I highly recommend this house.

Beautiful place to stay
We loved staying for a few nights at this gem of a house. We rode out the storms with plenty of room to play inside until we could get outside to play again. Fully stocked kitchen utensils and appliances! The fact that you could bring dogs along is amazing! I suggest bringing a dog bed since pets are allowed on any furniture and I'm glad I brought a kennel for our dog at night so she didn't have to sleep on the floor. We will be back!

There was plenty of room for everyone. Had all of the things we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was spectacular. I definitely recommend this large beautiful house for a family or group and would stay there again.

Wow, just wow!
What an amazing property! Its spacious and provides the perfect amount of ocean views and at different elevations. The telescope and binoculars are a nice added touch. There is a constant low rumble of waves that is so calming. There is a very mysterious "hidden" room that was an interesting element.

Beautiful place
Great set up for our family and grandparents. Beautiful views and very spacious. Had a little hiccup with cleaning timing, but owner was right on it and made everything right quickly and gave us time to go to the light show anyway. We would definitely stay again.

We needed a place for a quick family reunion when iyr youngest daughter came vack ti visit frim Japan. We couldn't have asked for a nucer place. It was clean and roomy witg a beautiful ocean view. We are definitely considering coming back again.
