7.8/10 Good! (1,852 reviews)
The carpet behind the beds needs to be vacuumed. The breakfast was ok but could have had more options. The parking lot is very tight going to the upper lot and we saw one car hit the railing, another car hit a parked car coming down ramp and a motorcycle lay down going up ramp as didnt have enough speed. Feel like all small cars should park in under ground area so more room for larger vehicles but still not an ideal parking area.

8.2/10 Very Good! (2,074 reviews)
We’ve been to Surftides in the past multiple times, and always absolutely loved it. This time, it was clear that management or staff changed and it was not for the better. We had extremely noisy, disrespectful neighbors who were loud well past quiet time, and made sleeping a challenge. The staff’s response was basically “what do you want me to do about it?” And declined letting us speak to management claiming they weren’t in. While possible, because of their lack of ownership our neighbor room who also had noise complaints called our room directly complaining thinking we were the culprits. Because of her own experience with front desk saying they couldn’t do anything she called to complain directly to our room instead. Despite us both going into the office together with similar complaints, the office did not do a thing and basically said “sorry I’m just one human.” Not to mention the restaurant on property was extremely slow for service and had major electrical issues. The lights over one whole side of the restaurant kept flickering and then going out completely. This place has gone downhill. I will not be returning.
