The exterior doors look sketchy, but it is fine inside. One little quirk is that you can't control the thermostat, but the property manager can change the temperature for you if you text. The pictures were accurate and apartment was well kept and clean. Beds were comfortable. There were drinks made available in the fridge and even shampoo, body wash, toothbrush (if you forgot to bring one). The only thing that was not expected was the apartment is in the basement of a commercial building and the entrance to the place is old and has a very difficult deadbolt to open (photos of this were not included in the listing). We had to try several times to get the door open. But don’t let the entrance dissuade you. Layne (our host) was very easy to contact and helpful during our stay. Laube was a fantastic host and very helpful. The property was safe, clean, quiet and comfortable. It backs up to a park which was a very nice extra and made the stay even nicer. It was nice and cool during our stay in mid-summer heat. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. And it's always nice to have a washer & dryer to use when traveling. Layne was a friendly & responsive host. There's a large park right behind the building with picnic tables, a playground, and some awesome events. The apartment is located among professional suites in a commercial area of town (north of University mall). So, it's not a neighborhood setting, but we felt safe & it was a quick drive to the north part of campus where our son's sports camp (day camp) was being held all week. Very convenient.
