### Sleepy Ridge Apt, Self Check-In, Parking

Set in a nice quiet location in the heart of Vineyard, close to Orem, this newly renovated apartment features stain grade cabinets and updated appliances. Monthly reservations are required to meet city requirements, the apartment is pet friendly.  
  
You look out onto a grassy backyard with some landscaping, plus an outdoor patio with seating and a fire pit.  
  
Free parking is also available on site.  
  
Conveniently located, only 16 minutes to skiing at Sundance, 2 minutes to the Links Golf Course, 6 minutes to Utah Lake, only minutes away from B.Y.U. Provo and U.V.U., plus lots of local shopping, and so much more.  
  
The Space:  
This modern, all one one level, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom apartment offers all the amenities you'll need to make your stay homey and memorable.   
It has queen beds in both bedrooms, a pullout sofa in the living room, a full bathroom and kitchen, a dining area, and a separate laundry room.   
  
Just outside your front door you will find a nice grassy, fully fenced in shared backyard, with an in ground trampoline in one area of it, along with a patio with seating, and a fire pit.  
  
The unit has a Smart Television that can be used to stream your favorite companies, eg, Roku, Netflix, Hulu, Disney etc., plus there is an antenna installed to allow tenants to watch local channels. The internet is already connected. 1 Gig Fiber Optic, so it's suitable for working remotely if needed.   
  
Free parking is available for up to two cars on the driveway, plus you have the option to park one car in the shared three car garage if you would prefer.   
  
This property is Pet Friendly, there is a pet fee which is calculated on a case by case basis, so please message us and tell us about your pet or pets. Maximum of two pets up to 80lbs each. This fee will be requested the day of your arrival, this fee was not included in your original price when you first booked. Sorry, no cats allowed.  
  
The property is set in a lovely quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located to local shopping, an outdoor sports facility, 2 minutes to the Links Golf Course, 6 minutes to Utah Lake, close to B.Y.U. Provo and U.V.U., and only 16 minutes to skiing at Sundance, plus so much more.  
  
Sleepy Ridge Apartment is professionally managed by Stay Short Term Vacation Rentals.

As you are looking at the house, walk around the right side of the home, walk down to the white gate on the left, go through it and down the steps, around the corner, and the front door is the first door on the left.

This beautiful apartment is located in a quiet and relaxing established neighborhood in the Vineyard/Orem area.   
  
Some of the places to visit locally are the Links at Sleepy Ridge golf course, 0.5 miles. from Sleepy Ridge Wedding Center, 4 miles to the Utah Lake Lindon Marina, 12.7 miles to Timpanogos Cave National Monument, 16.3 miles to Sundance Ski Resort. 2 miles to the UCCU Center for concerts or events, 3.7 miles to the University Mall, 7.5 miles to the Peaks Ice Arena and Water Park.  
  
1.7 miles to the Orem LDS Temple, 6.6 miles to Provo LDS Temple, 8.7 miles to the Provo City Center LDS Temple.   
  
2.1 miles to Mountain View High School, 3.2 miles to Orem High School, 4 miles to Provo High School, 5.1 miles to Timpanogos High School, 5.5 miles to Timpview High School, 6.2 miles to Pleasant Grove High School, 9.2 miles to American Fork High School.   
  
6.6 miles to BYU Campus, 2 miles to UVU Campus.

We were very disappointed to find that this property was not clean, unsafe, and misrepresented from the listing. Upon arrival, we encountered a rotten egg smashed outside the front entrance, spider webs and bugs throughout the house, hair and debris in the shower and under the bath mat in the bathroom, stains on the couch, and dirty window sills and kitchen. The home also had a musty odor, and most concerningly, the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors were open and missing batteries, despite the listing stating that these safety devices were present and functional.We documented everything with photos and left shortly after arrival because the property was not fit to stay in. The host was unresponsive to our concerns and only offered to re-clean the property after we had already secured other lodging. He also stated that they do not offer refunds. We came to this listing excited and fully prepared to stay, and only left because of the unacceptable conditions, not to seek a refund without reason. Afterward, the host indicated that a negative review might not remain posted, which raises concerns about trust and transparency.Unfortunately, the property failed to meet even the most basic cleanliness and safety standards. I hope this feedback encourages greater care and oversight for future guests.

The appartment kitchen was large and well equiped. It is located in a very nice neighborhood. It is a bacement appartment but it does have a lot of natural light. We liked that we could park in the third space of the garage. Dave the host was very nice and communicated well through the VRBO app. We enjoyed our stay.
