Vous serez donc tout prêt du Bikini ou du Coco beach ou encore du WAI beach. Vous pourrez profiter de leur transats, bars de plage et restaurants.  
  
Vous pourrez aussi accéder à pied par la plage au commerces de proximité et à la place du village d\`Orient Bay avec ses restaurants.   
  
MAGNIFIQUE VUE MER  
Du large salon ou de la grande terrasse située au 1er étage, la vue sur mer est très belle.  
  
Il n\`y a pas de bâtiment entre l\`appartement et la plage, seulement une petite zone de stationnement non gênante.  
  
ALIZÉS BIENFAISANT  
La situation de la grande terrasse de Princess Anouk face à la mer vous permettra de profiter des bienfaits des alizés qui vous protégeront des moustiques et des périodes de grosses chaleurs.   
  
GRANDE PISCINE   
Sur le côté de la terrasse, vous apercevez la grande et propre piscine de la résidence dont le bruit ne vous dérangera pas mais vous permettra de jeter un œil sur vos enfants si besoin.  
  
RÉSIDENCE SÉCURISÉE  
Carribean Princess est l\`une des seules résidences de la Baie Orientale entière clôturée. L\`accès à la résidence se fait par une des 3 portillons équipés de digicode.

Our family trip to Sint Martin was great! The location of the Princess Anouk condo was fabulous. Most evenings we drove around to the local restaurants and were able to dine on a different cuisine each night. All of the people were very friendly and the food was great! We hope to come back and stay here again!!!!!

#### Family getaway

We had an incredible stay! 4 adults and one toddler was more than enough space and comfort. The condo has all of the amenities you could need. The beds were all so comfortable! You can’t beat the location! Daphnee was great to communicate with before and during the trip. We hope to go back!
