St Martin, Orient Bay, large duplex in private community, pool, garden

  • Duplex for rent for dream vacations in St Martin (French West Indies), 5 min from one of the most beautiful beaches of the Caribbean (Orient Bay), in a gated community full of trees, by the large pool, in a tropical garden. You will find a 60sqm apartment with A/C, which can accommodate up to 4/5 persons. You will find in the ground floor a living room (with a double sofa bed, satellite TV, WiFi), a dining room, a kitchen area, storage cupboards and a bathroom (open shower, wash basin and WC). In the Mezzanine, you will find a bedroom with a queen size bed.
    The dining room opens onto a large private terrace with garden furniture for 4 persons. A small gate give access to the garden and the pool. We have several duplex with the same layout. Some overlook the pool and some are more to the side.
