Les terrains y sont très grands ; les villas sont donc très espacées les unes des autres. A 1.5 km seulement de la Villa se trouve la sublime plage d\`Orient Bay avec : \* ses restaurants de plages, \* ses transats, \* ses activités nautiques, \* sa place du village avec ses restaurants de nuits, \* et également ses commerces de proximité, comme une supérette et une boulangerie. A 4.5 km, se trouve la très belle plage de Grand Case qui offre une belle alternative à la plage d\`Orient Bay avec ses eaux turquoises plus calmes et ses restaurants gastronomiques, ou ses bars au soleil couchant. Une voiture de location est recommandée pour se déplacer à Saint-Martin. En raison des routes locales, il est recommandé de choisir un SUV ou un véhicule tout-terrain pour une expérience de conduite optimale, pas de location sedan. Elles sont très abordables et faciles à garer sur tout l\`île, y compris devant la Villa. La villa est équipée d’une citerne très utile pour pallier aux coupures d’eau éventuelles. The neighborhood that this house is in is very nice and secure with a gate. The neighborhood is directly across the street from the main entrance to Orient Bay beach we’re are there are several restaurants/bars. This house was super clean, has a well stocked kitchen, and the pool & landscaping are wonderful. We especially enjoyed the palm tree full of iguanas. There were two things I didn’t realize about the house. The first is that they do not have a clothes dryer. The second is that 3 bedrooms have to share a toilet. All 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower and sink. One bedroom has a toilet in the bathroom. The other 3 rooms share a toilet room. This room doesn’t have a sink in it so you have to go back to your room to wash yours hands. Other that that he house is nicely decorated and the use of space is well utilized and the furniture is perfect.
