Not even a rentable property

It was listed on hotels.com and after booking I was immediately charged and had several confirmation emails sent to me. I was even given a gate code to get into the complex. No email about the for access code. After an hour or so standing with my family on the door step the property manager said, “this property isn’t even managed by us anymore”. Spent more than 90 minutes on calls with hotels.com and they were all very nice but had no idea how to issue a refund considering was no contact information for the rental.

Stayed 1 night in Mar 2024
