However, beware that unless you book through Margaritaville Resort it does not allow you to use the pool, gym, or other resort features. The rental needs to figure out a way to offer guest passes, resort passes for purchase, or the HOA should build a pool and small gym. I would not have stayed at the property had I read the "tiny fine print". You can easily find similar rental with more amenities for the price.
