Good Location & Layout, Needs a Little MaintenanceProsLocated near Disney, shopping and restaurants. Nice layout w/Master and 2nd bedroom downstairs with multiple bedrooms upstairs and another living room. Well appointed kitchen. Large pool deck and lake view. Also, resort has large pool and many amenities.ConsCould use a little maintenance. A few small roaches in the kitchen but it is Florida so that can be expected, property manager was notified and is having pest service treat. Internet connection to bedroom TVs did not work in most rooms so unable to stream. If you have small children be aware there is no fence around the pool and the alarms on the living room sliders and pool bath door were not working, manager was notified and hopefully will address. Another concern was we paid for 5 days of the pool being heated, it never got warm enough to enjoy although neighboring properties had steam come off their spas this property did not. I would recommend paying for the pool heat as it was not worth it.

Upon check-in, we went in the pool and hot tub.. both cold enough to give us goose bumps. Contacted host to be told that rest assured the pool heat was turned on being we were expected to arrive that day and could take 48 hours to get warm. We payed extra money more than a year in advance so I feel it should be warm upon arrival, not half way through our vacation. Emailed again the next day and was told they would send someone out… they never came. When we tried the hot tub again, it blew cold water and the jets were on steroids, blowing the water out. Fans were broke and put in closets instead of being replaced. Petrified dog crap was found upstairs under an ottoman. There was an outlet cover that was off in the pirate ship room that nobody came to cover. After contacting host more than two times and nothing being done, I quit contacting them.

We paid extra for pool heating and it was a complete scam. No one came out to turn it on until our second day, and then we were told it would take 48 hours to heat. Even after waiting, the pool never got warm enough to use. Very disappointing and not worth the added cost.The wifi was also terrible, we could only use one television at a time.

Une véritable arnaque

Cette annonce est une véritable arnaque, à fuir absolument ! Tout d'abord, l'hygiène est plus que douteuse... Du moisi dans les salles de bains, beaucoup de traces dans les toilettes. Un lave vaisselle tellement moisi que nous avons fait la vaisselle durant tout le séjour. La piscine était sale à notre arrivée. Nous avions loué un barbecue qui était également sale. Ensuite, nous avons été arnaqué par le chauffage de piscine. Nous avons payé plus de 500 dollars pour le chauffage de la piscine et du spa pour 2 semaines...Sauf que nous avons eu le chauffage de la piscine qu'au bout d'une semaine et celui du spa n'a jamais fonctionné, il ne dépassait pas les 81 fahreinet, contre les disant 102 annoncé par le gérant.Tous les jours j'ai envoyé des mails et des photos mais ils n'ont jamais réagis. Je doute même fort qu'ils aient envoyé un technicien malgré leur soit disant contacte avec les equipes de piscine...et quand nous leur demandons un remboursement, il n'y a rien à faire, pour eux tout fonctionne bien, un véritable scandale. Nous avions choisi cette maison justement pour la taille de la piscine et du spa mais finalement nous n'en avons jamais profité...c'est un séjour gâché par leur faute... c'est la 5 ème fois que nous louons une maison en floride, mais la première que nous avons cette mésaventure. Concernant la proximité de la maison, comptez bien 1 heure de route en semaine pour rejoindre les parcs universal, les outlets etc...vous n'avez pas le choix que d'emprunte

We enjoyed it very much!

Everything was great about this property. I hate to even complain but there were a couple things that were minor but inconvenient. There was not enough garbage bags , dishwasher soap, towels, toilet paper and utensils. Also we ended up buying our own broom because the broom they had there was hard to use, it was more of a mop than a broom. And no cleaning supplies! We have a large family and when we stayed there for a week it got dirty of course and it was hard to keep clean with no supplies. Otherwise they managers were amazing and communicated well. They were quick to respond to our needs. I only wanted to let people know that if you stay here you might want to bring the extra things I mentioned. The house, beds, bedrooms, the size of the house was perfect for us! And we loved the pool!

Nice, clean house but not happy with service

The house was great and clean! When you pay for pool heat and hot tub, you should get it the entire time. We didn’t have either for almost 5 days, and we did not receive any money back! It took way too long to get fixed, and we should be getting reimbursed for this and ruining half of our stay!

Family vacation

It was a wonderful trip, the only reason I have it a 4 was we paid to have the pool/hot tub heated and it didn’t work for almost 3 days. We were only refunded half of what we paid for those 3 days. Also the gate going into the house is a mess, they let cars pile up on the busy road outside of the development instead of making it a quick entry. The house was AMAZING though, we absolutely loved it and a great time was had by all.

The house was just as explained. It’s new, clean and the pool was great!! We went to Disney a couple of days, drove to Cocoa Beach and spent several days just hanging at the house. It was a great vacation!

GREAT HOUSE/EXCELLENT HOST

This was my first time renting a house through VRBO and I hope all are as nice as this one. The communication with the host was top notch and they made sure they answered any of my questions promptly from first onset ,which was three months out and all the way through our stay. My family and I enjoyed our stay there and would definitely rent it again. The house was amazing and had something for everyone from the pool/spa to the game room and even the lounge area upstairs where a lot of our teens hung out at night. The theme rooms were all well decorated and our little ones loved the Bunk bed rooms with the glowing lanterns. This house had plenty of space for everyone and included any amenities we needed when cooking our own meals in the kitchen. Again the house was awesome and so was the host. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends who want everything in the house and more.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation! The house was awesome and Kim communicated with us every step of the way. Our three granddaughters loved the neighborhood amenities as did the adults. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and will stay there again when we return to the area!
